  Designed to be capable, our CDA has mounts for ‘guards and racks, so you’re set for staying dry and load lugging, be it on your commute or weekend adventure ride.

   

   

  The CDA’s compliant frame will handle corrugated city streets, but it’s also got the DNA of our Croix de Fer.
  
  Supplied with 37mm tyres, the light knobbly tread means the CDA is ready to head off road on mixed gravel tracks. Featuring all the mounting points you’d expect, it won’t be the bike that holds you back.
  
  If you’re sticking to the road, the CDA will excel there too and will happily accept a pair of slick tyres and cover many miles in all conditions.

2021 Cda 20

• It may be the Croix de Fer’s little brother – but our CDA is still one mighty bike!

   

   

  Sharing the same geometry and legendary handling as it’s steel counterpart, the CDA swaps out steel for aluminium and in turn passes a nice cost saving on to you.

   

  For a little more cash, the CDA 20 gets you an upgrade to Shimano's excellent 9-speed Sora levers and mechs.

   

  Cable disc brakes and 37mm tyres make it the perfect entry into the world of adventure bikes.

   

  The fact that it’s compatible with a pannier rack and mudguards also makes it ideal as an everyday commuting workhorse, or winter training machine.

2021 Cda 30

• New for 2021, our top-tier CDA matches a great specification at an even better price. Our aluminium frameset is again the centrepiece for this versatile build.
  
  Suited to commuting, utility, touring, road and gravel, the CDA is no less adaptable than our flagship Croix de Fer, from which it takes inspiration.

   

   

  Somehow, we’ve managed to add Shimano’s excellent GRX gearing making this CDA the one if you’re planning to head straight off the beaten track.

  Just add some bikepacking bags and you’ll be off, wherever the route takes you! Beaten up B-roads, bridleways, byways and everything in between, the CDA will tackle it with a grin.

   

  Of course, being a CDA, there won’t be any complaints if it’s used as a winter road bike, resplendent in full-length mudguards – or even a posh commuter with panniers fitted.

   

  Impeccable manners that threaten to outshine our original Croix de Fer, as the student becomes the master!

Tour De Fer 30

• This is a sample QC bike and has been used to check production spec, the bike has never been used and brand new
• The bike you'd turn to if you were to quit your job and embark on an impromptu pedal-powered world tour!
• Build-wise, we dressed the frame with durable, no-nonsense components that we knew from personal experience are tour/expedition worthy and should last the sorts of high-mileages for which the bike was intended.
• The spec list should, by all accounts, read like a cyclo-tourist's wish list; even going so far as to include a Shimano dynamo hub! Expedition-ready straight from the box - just add rider, luggage and a strong sense of adventure.

2021 Vagabond

• Vagabond is a monstercross bike in the loosest sense of the term; the illegitimate lovechild of a road and mountain bike, a 'frankenbike' that has long been the staple of shed tinkerers, the result of many an experimental 'I wonder if┬à' spare parts box builds. The late, great Steve Worland summed them up nicely as ┬àthe perfect cross-dresser for those long, steady rides that encompass a bit of everything. Tourer, commuter, ruffty tuffy road bike, the Vagabond will happily turn it's hand to most disciplines with as much as a simple tyre swap. We've uprated the frameset to utilise Reynolds' benchmark 725 steel which further enhances the ride qualities, while modernising the dropouts to bring 12mm thru-axles into the game. In keeping with its off-road persuasions, a 1X Sram Apex drivetrain with a 36T chainring keeps things moving forward over all terrains, with the mountain-bike style 29er wheels and tyres rolling over the worst of any rough stuff.

Croix De Fer 20 Flat Bar

Like a regular Croix de Fer, but with a flat bar.

Whether you want a more manoeuvrable bike, a more upright position or just never get in the drops, our Croix de Fer flat bar is ready and waiting.

We have however made a few additions to improve to the Croix de Fer's versatility.

The ability to run up to a 45mm rear tyre and a 50mm front tyre on the provided 700c rims increase the all-terrain ability of the Croix. If you want to experiment with 650B wheels, you could run up to a 44mm rear tyre and a 50mm front tyre.

Standard QR dropouts mean your 9mm wheelsets can keep turning for another few years - and the practicalities don't end there.

The drivetrain has been upgraded to Shimano's excellent GRX, featuring a 46/30T double chainset, an 11-34T cassette and RX400 derailleurs for reliable, smooth shifting, while the stopping is handled by Shimano's MT200 hydraulic disc brakes.

Tubeless ready rims and tyres, flat mount disc brakes, a third bottle mount, rack and guard mounts and fixings for Anything Cages on the forks complete the package.

Croix De Fer 50

  Our all-new full-build Reynolds 853 Croix de Fer 50 aims to hit every mark.
  
  Probably the most popular and widely used of all of Reynolds' performance-orientated steel offerings; 853 hits that sweet spot of performance, weight and cost. Accept no imitations - every tube is 853 creating that unmistakable ride quality!
  
  It's matched to our full carbon CGR1 fork that saves around 900-grams over the steel variant, keeping weight low, handling keen and features bottle/Anything Cage mounting points.
  
  We've continued that trend throughout the build, using quality components that are proven and will stand the test of time.
  
  Shimano's GRX groupset has become a go-to for gravel bikes, providing dependable shifting, myriad gearing options and longevity at a variety of performance levels.
  
  We've chosen their RX600 double chainset with 46/30T chainrings, paired to an 11-34T cassette, which keeps the Croix competitive on road and off.
  
  The shifters, hydraulic brake callipers and derailleurs all come from the top-tier RX-810 lineup, saving a little weight and delivering increased shifting and braking performance.
  
  At the rear of the bike, there's the ability to run a 45mm tyre on the provided 700c rims, while at the front you can use up to a 40mm tyre. If you'd prefer to run a 650B wheelset, it's 44mm and 40mm.
  
  Thru-axles front and rear, tubeless ready rims and tyres, flat mount disc brakes, a third bottle mount and rack and guard mounts complete the package.

Fugio 20

• Limitless fun – where you point, the Fugio follows.

   

   

  Our ultimate go-anywhere drop-bar bike puts the zing back into your local trails – and won’t back down when you’ve bitten off more than you can chew!

   

  Featuring our Mjolnir frame and carbon fork, high volume 47c tyres on 650B rims keeps the Fugio playful and plowable which we think is the perfect combination for UK riding.

   

  Some call it gravel… but this bike can go much further. Trail centres, rocky bridleways and rooty forest singletrack are all challenges waiting to be tamed, just as long as you can hold on.

   

  Taking its cues from modern mountain bikes, our build uses a wide-range 1X SRAM Apex groupset which can be winched up steep climbs or wound up to speed on the tarmac between the trails.

   

  Load it up with frame bags for an all-day adventure, or keep it minimalist for some after work playtime – just make sure you take the long way round… it’s probably more fun.

Fugio 30

• The Fugio 30 is a bike that knows no bounds.

   

   

  Forget gravel. Rocks, roots, jumps, chutes – one flick of the dropper-post lever and they are all fair game.

   

  When your riding is this rowdy, you need a paintjob to match – many said we couldn’t go one better than our sunset fade, but we’re pretty sure this is it.

   

  Underneath the loud and proud colourway is a complete Reynolds 725 frameset. The tubing is mandrel butted and heat-treated, so that thinner walls can be used compared to non-heat-treated steels.

   

  Up front, the fork is full carbon to save a little weight and further enhance the ride quality.

   

  We’ve adorned the range-topping model with Shimano’s all-new GRX groupset that provides a wide range of gearing from a 1x setup.

   

  Tubeless compatible wheels and 47c tyres, along with a dropper post round out a complete package for fun evening rides and weekend escapades.

Tour De Fer 10

• The Tour de Fer 10 represents our vision of affordable escapism; a bike designed for the sole purpose of carrying rider and luggage long distances efficiently and in comfort, without leaving a sizable dent in your pocket.
• We put it together as affordably as possible without cutting corners that would've been detrimental to the ride or long-term ownership. This meant choosing rugged, reliable kit that will last the high mileage for which we intend the bike to be used.
• Most of what makes it so good for touring is also 100% applicable to commuting. Everyday practicalities like large volume, puncture resistant Schwalbe Marathon tyres, tough 36H wheelset, powerful, controlled disc brakes, Tubus Cargo rear rack and custom length and extra-long Chromoplastic mudguards.
• The Tour de Fer 10 is just as suited as a daily commuter as it is a cross-continent tourer. Where will you take yours?
