• At a truly astounding 1266 grams a pair for 18 mm wide tubeless clinchers the new PRC 1100 Mon Chasseral disc brake wheels offer superb uphill velocity but, as always with DT, not at the expense of handling and long term reliability, these are true 'mountain' wheels
• The new aero-optimised 180 ratchet EXP hubs not only reduce weight below even our legendary 240s but utilise the bespoke DICUT spoke system which allows for higher spoke tensions giving these wheels an unparalleled stiffness to weight ratio and superlative handling
• The new 36-tooth Ratchet EXP system reduces rear hub weight, widens that bearing stance and with fewer moving parts DT have improved on even the 240's legendary long term reliability
• The bespoke carbon rims are manufactured using a method developed by DT to ensure continuous carbon fibres are aligned with the forces passing through the wheel, increasing strength and stiffness in use without adding weight
• 18 mm internal width is optimised for 25 c tubeless tyres, giving a larger contact patch for improved grip and greater comfort over poor road surfaces
• As you'd expect in such a premium wheelset, these wheels come with a full compliment of DT's custom SiNC ceramic bearings to reduce drag
