The Steamroller is the bicycle in its simplest form — the fixie. You may be thinking, “Fixies are so 2008” or “All the blogs I read say I should like something different now.” Well, the Steamroller is different.

Built for the streets, it has a geometry that’s closer to that of a road bike than a true track bike. Couple that with its double-butted 4130 CroMoly steel construction and 38c tire clearance and you have yourself a lively and resilient ride that can handle potholes, grass shortcuts, urban trails, and back alleys like a champ.

A comfortable, practical and efficient road bike, ideally suited to either newer riders looking to improve their performance or seasoned riders after a faster paced training or winter bike. At the heart of the Delta 20 lies our brand new hybrid double-butted alloy tubeset - a clever mix of two differing grade alloys to help give us high levels of stiffness in certain areas and compliance/flex in others. Combine it with the tapered carbon fork up front, and you've got yourselves a lightweight chassis that's stiff under power but comes with a built-in element of compliance and comfort forming a nice buffer between rider and road. With full-length 'guard compatibility as an added bonus, the Delta 20 represents the perfect 'one bike' for any tarmac occasion, regardless of season.

A full, no-holds-barred 3AL-2.5v double-butted titanium frame and full carbon fork create a faster, lighter CdF that retains the cross-terrain capacity for which the legend is famous. Shimano's all-new GRX groupset gives you more gearing and terrain options to go further, faster than ever before. Tube profiles are carefully selected and designed to give the new double-butted titanium platform a stiff and efficient pedalling platform, retaining the same connected feel and 'in-saddle' comfort for which the steel CdF is famed. The fully oval Ø28.6/35mm toptube and cleverly swaged seat tube are all engineered to deliver high levels of comfort. The large diameter Ø44mm oval-rounded trapezoid downtube, beefy S-Bend mountain bike-derived chainstays, tapered Ø56-46mm headtube and Ø34.9mm lower seat tube OD help ensure direct and efficient power transfer and pinpoint sharp handling. The Tour de Fer 10 represents our vision of affordable escapism; a bike designed for the sole purpose of carrying rider and luggage long distances efficiently and in comfort, without leaving a sizable dent in your pocket. We put it together as affordably as possible without cutting corners that would've been detrimental to the ride or long-term ownership. This meant choosing rugged, reliable kit that will last the high mileage for which we intend the bike to be used. Most of what makes it so good for touring is also 100% applicable to commuting. Everyday practicalities like large volume, puncture resistant Schwalbe Marathon tyres, tough 36H wheelset, powerful, controlled disc brakes, Tubus Cargo rear rack and custom length and extra-long Chromoplastic mudguards. Tour de Fer 10 is just as suited as a daily commuter as it is a cross-continent tourer. Where will you take yours?

For 2020 we've uprated the frame to 725 tubing, which Reynolds mandrel butt and heat-treat, so that thinner walls can be used compared to non-heat-treated steels. Up front, the fork is now full carbon to save a little weight and further enhance the ride quality. We're billing the Fugio as a where the Croix de Fer would go if you opened your mind. The bike that will take its time on the boring bits and come alive just as things get interesting.That might mean turning a bump into an opportunity to get the wheels off the ground, or flicking the back wheel through some turns. We've adorned the range-topping model with Shimano's all-new GRX groupset that provides a wide range from a 1x setup. Tubeless compatible wheels and 47c tyres, along with a dropper post round out a complete package for fun evening rides and weekend escapades.
